പ്രശസ്ത ഓട്ടൻതുള്ളൽ കലാകാരനും നടനുമായ കലാമണ്ഡലം ഗീതാനന്ദൻ (58) കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണു മരിച്ചു. തൃശൂർ ഇരിഞ്ഞാലക്കുട അവിട്ടത്തൂർ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ഓട്ടൻതുള്ളൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനിടെയാണ്കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണത്. ചരിത്രത്തിലാദ്യമായി തുള്ളൽപദ കച്ചേരി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് ഗീതാനന്ദനായിരുന്നു. 1974 ലാണ് ഗീതാനന്ദന്‍ കലാമണ്ഡലത്തില്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയായി ചേരുന്നത്. ഒന്‍പതാം വയസില്‍ തുള്ളലില്‍ അരങ്ങേറി. വീര ശൃംഖലയും തുള്ളൽ കലാ നിധി പുരസ്കാരവും നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കലാമണ്ഡലം അധ്യാപകനായിരുന്നു. വലിയ ശിഷ്യ സമ്പത്തും ഗീതാനന്ദനുണ്ട്. നീനാപ്രസാദ് ,കാവ്യാ മാധവന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ ശിഷ്യരായിരുന്നു.കമലദളം അടക്കം മുപ്പതിലേറെ സിനിമകളില്‍ അഭിനയിച്ചു.നൃത്ത സംവിധായിക […]
