The Uttarkashi Winter Tourism Conclave was successfully held on 14 and 15 January 2026 at Uttarkashi, hosted by the Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) with the objective of promoting Uttarkashi as a vibrant winter tourism destination. The conclave was honoured by the presence of the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami, highlighting the government’s strong support for tourism development in the region.
ADTOI National President Mr. Vedh Khanna attended the programme as a special invitee, adding national importance to the event. A focused B2B meeting was organised at the National Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), bringing together Uttarkashi tour operators and hoteliers to explore business opportunities.
On January 15, a familiarisation trip covered Harsil Valley, Mukhwa Village, Nelong Valley, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Jadhung Village, and Gangotri, showcasing the region’s immense potential for sustainable winter and spiritual tourism.
