Jet Airways said it will connect Patna with Allahabad from June 14 under the UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Naagrik) scheme. The flight will leave Allahabad at 8 am and reach Patna at 9.40 am. For the return journey, the flight will take off from Patna at 10.10 am and reach Allahabad at 11.50 am. The 72-seater aircraft will operate thrice a week -Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. With Allahabad on the map, Patna will now have direct flights to 11 cities. Jet Airways said it will commence direct flight operations between Lucknow to Allahabad and further up to Patna from June 14. UP civil aviation minister Nand Gopal Nandi said that the air connectivity will part of the Centre’s flagship, Regional Connectivity Scheme. “More flights will operate under the regional connectivity scheme in the days to come. Trujet has been awarded 20 new routes through the Udan scheme initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which will take Trujet’s expansion to Western and Eastern States. The airline now connects 14 major destinations in South and West India with a connectivity between 3 tier cities and their nearest metropolitans. Jharsuguda Airport has received DGCA licence and said it will commence flight operations from June 14. Air Odisha, which bagged the bid, will operate flights from Jharsuguda to Bhubaneswar, Ranchi and Raipur thereby meeting the long-standing demands for air-connectivity to the Western Odisha region. The airline will use a 21-seater dual-engine Beechcraft aircraft (1900D) to operate from Jharsuguda to the three destinations under the regional connectivity scheme. “We received Jharsuguda Airport’s commercial operations licence on May 4. SpiceJet has launched daily direct services between Delhi and Punjab’s Adampur. The first direct flight was flagged off from Delhi airport’s Terminal 2 to Adampur by Jayant Sinha, Minister of State for Civil Aviation, and Ajay Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, SpiceJet. SpiceJet was awarded Adampur under the first round of the regional connectivity scheme UDAN and the city is the fifth destination for the airline under this scheme. The construction of the proposed Jewar International Airport in Greater Noida is expected to begin in 2019. The Uttar Pradesh government had set up a joint venture company tp acquire 1441 hectre of land for the project at a cost of Rs 4000 crore. നഗരങ്ങളെ തമ്മില്‍ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഉഡാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയില്‍ കരിപ്പൂര്‍ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിനെ കൂടി ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്താന്‍ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കുമെന്ന് വിമാനത്താവള ഡയറക്ടര്‍ കെ ശ്രീനിവാസ റാവു പറഞ്ഞു. ഡയറക്ടറായി ചുമതലയേറ്റശേഷം സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. രാജ്യത്തെ നഗരങ്ങള്‍ തമ്മില്‍ ചെലവുകുറഞ്ഞ രീതിയില്‍ വിമാനസര്‍വീസുകള്‍ വഴി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് ഉഡാന്‍. നിലവില്‍ കണ്ണൂര്‍ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിന് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രണ്ട് മാസത്തിനകം ഇടത്തരം വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ലാന്‍ഡിങ് അനുമതി ലഭിക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ കോഴിക്കോട് വിമാനത്താവളത്തില്‍ നാല് ലക്ഷം അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര യാത്രക്കാരും 70,000 ആഭ്യന്തര യാത്രക്കാരും വര്‍ധിച്ചതായി അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. പുതിയ ടെര്‍മിനല്‍ നിര്‍മാണം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാവാന്‍ രണ്ടുമാസംകൂടിയെടുക്കുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

Air Deccan has launched Mumbai – Kolhapur flights, which is scheduled to formally begin services from April 22 under the regional connectivity scheme Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik (UDAN). Air Deccan officials said that they have already started operations and have opened flight bookings offering a promotional fare of Rs 1299 for the 90-minute flight. Air Odisha is introducing two more destinations in Gujarat at lowest fares starting from Rs 1420 and Rs 1699 between Ahmedabad to Bhavanagar and Bhavnagar to Surat respectively. The fights will be operation from April 16. SpiceJet has announced it will launch daily direct flight between Delhi and Adampur (Jalandhar) from May, its sixth destination under the UDAN scheme. The airline was awarded Adampur under under the first round of UDAN. “With the introduction of the daily direct flight services on the Delhi-Adampur-Delhi route, SpiceJet earmarks its sixth destination under the Regional Connectivity Scheme. Alliance Air has started thrice-a-week flight service on the Delhi-Pathankot Delhi route. Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu inaugurated first flight from Delhi to Pathankot (Punjab), at a ceremony held at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. Flight service from Salem and Chennai under UDAN scheme resumed after a span of 7 years. The flight flew with a seating capacity of over 72 seats, at a price point of Rs 1,499. K Palaniswami, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Union Minister, Pon Radhakrishnan inaugurated the service coordinated by airline carrier Trujet. ഉഡാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയില്‍ സേലം വിമാനത്താവളത്തിന് പുനര്‍ജ്ജന്മം. ഏഴു വര്‍ഷമായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തനരഹിതമായിരുന്ന സേലം വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് ചെന്നൈയില്‍ നിന്നും സര്‍വീസ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. ട്രൂ ജെറ്റ് നടത്തുന്ന സര്‍വീസ് തമിഴ്നാട് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എടപ്പാടി പളനിസ്വാമി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. സേലത്തിന്‍റെ വാണിജ്യ പുരോഗതിക്കു വിമാന സർവീസ് ഉപകരിക്കുമെന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ചെറുനഗരങ്ങളെ പ്രധാന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനു കൂടുതൽ വിമാന സർവീസുകൾ ആരംഭിക്കാനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിച്ചുവരികയാണെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. കിങ്ഫിഷർ എയർലൈൻസ് സർവീസ് 2011ൽ അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചതോടെയാണു സേലം വിമാനത്താവളം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമായത്. തിരുപ്പൂർ, നാമക്കൽ, ഈറോഡ് ജില്ലകളിലെ യാത്രക്കാർക്കു സേലം വിമാനത്താവളത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രയോജനം ലഭിക്കും. എ.ടി.ആർ 72–600 വിമാനമാണ് സർവീസിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. 72 യാത്രക്കാരെ പരമാവധി ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളാന്‍ കെല്‍പ്പുള്ള ചെറുവിമാനമാണിത്. രാവിലെ 9.50ന് ചെന്നൈയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട് 10.40ന് സേലത്ത് എത്തും. മടക്കയാത്ര 11ന് സേലത്ത് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട് 11.50ന് ചെന്നൈയിൽ എത്തും. 1499 രൂപയിലാണ് ടിക്കറ്റ് നിരക്ക് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.

മുംബൈ: സാധാരണക്കാരന് വിമാനയാത്ര സാധ്യമാക്കുന്ന ഉഡാന്‍ വിമാന സര്‍വീസ് അടുത്ത ഘട്ടം തുടങ്ങി. അലയന്‍സ് എയറിന്‍റെ ജമ്മു- ഭട്ടിന്‍ഡ സര്‍വീസാണ് രണ്ടാം ഘട്ടത്തിലെ  ആദ്യ ഉഡാന്‍.1230 രൂപയാണ് നിരക്ക്. കേരളത്തില്‍ നിന്നടക്കം ഉഡാന്‍ സര്‍വീസ് തുടങ്ങാന്‍ ഇന്‍ഡിഗോ,സ്പൈസ് വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇവ ജൂലൈ-ഓഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തോടെ തുടങ്ങും. ഇന്‍ഡിഗോക്കു കൂടുതല്‍ സര്‍വീസിന് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്നുള്ളവയ്ക്കാണ്. വിമാനത്താവളം ഉദ്ഘാടനത്തെ ആശ്രയിച്ചിരിക്കും ഈ സര്‍വീസുകള്‍. ചെറു പട്ടണങ്ങളെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചുള്ള ഉഡാന്‍ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം 325 റൂട്ടുകള്‍ക്കാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അനുമതി നല്‍കിയത്. ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചവര്‍ മാര്‍ച്ച് 20നകം സര്‍വീസ് തുടങ്ങണം. വടക്ക്-കിഴക്കന്‍ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചുള്ള സൂം എയര്‍ മാര്‍ച്ച് 15നു തുടങ്ങും.

ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് ഉഡാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയില്‍ പറന്നുയരുക എട്ടിടത്തേക്കുള്ള വിമാനങ്ങള്‍.എട്ടിടത്തേക്കും  ഇന്‍ഡിഗോ വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തും . രണ്ടിടത്തേക്ക് സ്പൈസും. സാധാരണക്കാര്‍ക്ക് വിമാനയാത്ര പ്രാപ്യമാക്കുകയാണ് ഉഡാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദിയുടെ സ്വപ്നപദ്ധതിയാണ് ഉഡാന്‍. ബംഗലൂരു, ചെന്നൈ,കൊച്ചി,മുംബൈ,ഗോവ,ഡല്‍ഹിക്ക് സമീപം ഹിന്‍റണ്‍ ,ഹൂബ്ലി,തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലേക്കാണ് കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്നും ഉഡാന്‍ വിമാന സര്‍വീസുകള്‍. കേന്ദ്ര -സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരുകളുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായത്തോടെയാകും വിമാന സര്‍വീസുകള്‍. കണ്ണൂര്‍ -തിരുവനന്തപുരം വിമാനയാത്രാ നിരക്ക് 2099 രൂപയായിരിക്കും .കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് കൊച്ചിയിലേക്ക് 1399 രൂപയും.ഗോവയിലേക്ക് പരമാവധി നിരക്ക് 2099 രൂപയായിരിക്കും. ആറുമാസത്തിനകം വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ സര്‍വീസ് തുടങ്ങണം.
