UAE to have new visa rules with effect from 21st October 2018
UAE to have major visa policy changes, which will came in to being from today, 21st October 2018. It is expected that the new visa rules will not just benefit expatriates, but boost the local economy as well. The visa policy changes include the extension of entry permits for visitors and visas for women. The Federal Authority for identity and Citizenship confirmed last week that it will begin extending the residency visa for widows and divorced women and their children for a year without a sponsor. UAE announces new rules for tourist visas
If you are travelling to UAE this summer, you don’t need to pay visa fees for dependents aged 18 years or below. The fee exemption will be applicable between July 15 and September 15 every year , the UAE Cabinet announced recently. The new decision is expected to boost tourist footfall during the off peak season. UAE has earlier exempted transit tourists from visa fees for the first 48 hours. A 14-day express tourist visa costs Dh497 per head and a 30-day multi-entry tourist visa costs Dh917 if the traveller purchases it online. സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍, എഞ്ചിനീയര്‍മാര്‍, കോര്‍പറേറ്റ് നിക്ഷേപകര്‍, ഉന്നത നിലവാരം പുലര്‍ത്തുന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്ക് 10 വര്‍ഷത്തെ താമസ വിസ അനുവദിക്കാന്‍ യുഎഇ തീരുമാനം. മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തിലാണ് തീരുമാനമുണ്ടായത്. ദുബൈ ഭരണാധികാരി ശൈഖ് മുഹമ്മദ് ബിന്‍ റാഷിദ് അല്‍ മക്തൂം ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. ഇവരോടൊപ്പം ഇവരുടെ കുടുംബത്തിനും പത്തു വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് വിസ അനുവദിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഇതനുസരിച്ച് റസിഡന്‍സി സംവിധാനത്തില്‍ ഭേദഗതി വരുത്താനും മന്തിസഭായോഗത്തില്‍ തീരുമാനമായി. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി പഠനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ സ്പോണ്‍സര്‍ഷിപ്പില്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് താമസ വിസ നല്‍കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് അവലോകനം നടത്താനും മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗം നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചു. ഇതിനുപുറമെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര നിക്ഷേപകര്‍ക്ക് ബിസിനസ്സില്‍ 100 ശതമാനം ഉടമാവസ്ഥവകാശം നല്‍കാനും തീരുമാനമായിട്ടുണ്ട്. യുഎഇയുടെ തുറന്ന അന്തരീക്ഷം, സഹിഷ്ണുത, നിയമനിര്‍മാണം തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ഘടകങ്ങളാണ് ആഗോളതലത്തില്‍ നിക്ഷേപമാകര്‍ഷിക്കാന്‍ സഹായമാകുന്നത്. സ്വപ്നങ്ങള്‍ സാക്ഷാത്കരിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരങ്ങളുടെ നാടായി യുഎഇ തുടരുമെന്നും ശൈഖ് മുഹമ്മദ് ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. യുഎഇയെ നിക്ഷേപകരുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ലക്ഷ്യസ്ഥാനമാക്കുകയും പ്രതിഭകളുടെ ക്രിയാത്മകമായ കഴിവുകള്‍ക്ക് വേദിയൊരുക്കുകയുമായാണ് ...
