Hampi ranked second in NYT’s must-see places in 2019
Hampi, Karnataka India’s Hampi bagged second position in the list of ’52 places to go in 2019’ published by The New York Times. The UNESCO accredited World Heritage Site stood behind Puerto Rico, which has grabbed the top place for its amazing recovery from Hurricane Maria to rebound as a tourist destination. Google to tackle fake news
Internet giant Google is on a new mission to authenticate online news contents, through their new program named as ‘Google News Initiative’. “The new project worth $300 million would really help journalism in the digital age,” said Google in a statement. The main objective of Google News Initiative (GNI) are spread in three categories like providing accurate breaking news, strengthen quality journalism and empowering news companies via new technologies.
