US, UK and Canada governments advise their Citizens to abstain from travelling to Sri Lanka on the event of political instability and turmoil in the country. The advisories also warns those who are already in Sri Lanka to keep away from demonstrations and protests, to stay safe. Colombo, Sri Lanka Havas Media India together with their local partner in Sri Lanka, Agxa Pvt. Ltd., has been assigned to handle the digital media promotion activities for Srilanka Tourism. It was announced by the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB). The value of the contract is approximately Rs 30 crores and will be handled out of the agency’s Gurgaon office led by Uday Mohan, Managing Partner – North and East India.
