The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the ongoing International Trade Fair for Tourism in Madrid. അത്ഭുതങ്ങളുടെ കലവറയാണ് ആഫ്രിക്ക. പിരമിഡുകൾ, ഗാംഭീര്യമുള്ള വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടങ്ങൾ, പർവതനിരകൾ, വരണ്ട മരുഭൂമികൾ, ജിറാഫ് തുടങ്ങിയ വിസ്മയങ്ങൾ ആഫ്രിക്കയിൽ സഞ്ചാരികളെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. നീലിച്ച സമുദ്രങ്ങളാൽ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലമാണ് ആഫ്രിക്ക,  ഇവിടം സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ആത്മാവിനെ സ്പർശിക്കുന്നതും ഉയർത്തിപ്പിടിക്കുന്നതും ഇത്തരം വിസ്മയ കാഴ്ചകൾ തന്നെയാവും.
