Beaches and parks will open till 10 pm: Mumbai to revive tourism
Mumbai is gearing up to recapture the tourism sector that has suffered heavy losses due to covid. As part of that, it was decided to keep the city’s beaches and parks open until 10 p.m. This was announced by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. Beaches, parks, and other public places are open from 6 am to 10 pm. The new decision comes as the number of covid patients is declining. One of them is the Delhi-based Prince Air subscription scheme. The company offers low-cost business class travel with monthly subscriptions. Those who take a monthly subscription can travel unlimited on their business class flights. Members will have the option to arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to departure. Initially, the company plans to offer services only in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Airbus A320 and A321 with 90-100 seats will be used for the service.
Vistara launches Mumbai to Maldives Non Stop flights

SpiceJet, the country’s favourite airline and the largest regional player, today announced the launch of 24 new domestic flights. SpiceJet will be the first and only airline to connect Ajmer with Mumbai and Ahmedabad with Amritsar reiterating the airline’s commitment to enhance connectivity between metro and non-metro cities. Maharashtra makes Covid negative for visitors coming from Delhi, Gujarat, Rajastan and Goa
In an act of precaution, the Maharashtra state government has decided to make Covid-Negative Certificate (RT- PCR test) mandatory for visitors to Maharashtra from the states of Delhi- NCR, Rajasthan, Goa, and Gujarat since a spike has been observed in the covid 19 cases at these states. Maharashtra, once badly hit by Covid, is now on a path of recovery and these guidelines are meant to keep a check and to avoid a relapse. All offices in Mumbai and a few other cities in Maharashtra will be closed till March 31 to fight the spread of the corona virus, chief minister Uddhav Thackeray said on Friday. Air Canada suspends flights to India
Air Canada has suspended flights to Mumbai and New Delhi after two Indian fighter jets were shot down by Pakistani military in an escalating crisis between India and Pakistan.
