കാസർകോട് ജലപാത യാഥാർഥ്യമായാൽ കേരളം രണ്ടു വർഷം കൊണ്ട് ലോകത്തിലെ വലിയ ടൂറിസം കേന്ദ്രമായി വളരുമെന്ന് മലയാള മനോരമ എഡിറ്റർ ഫിലിപ്പ് മാത്യു പറഞ്ഞു. ദേശാഭിമാനി ആലപ്പുഴ പതിപ്പിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടന ചടങ്ങിൽ സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു ഫിലിപ്പ് മാത്യു .പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കാൻ മുൻകൈയെടുത്ത മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കും ടീമിനും അദ്ദേഹം ആശംസ നേർന്നു. പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയേയും സർക്കാരിനേയും മനോരമ എഡിറ്റർ പ്രശംസിച്ചു. ഈ ഭരണം തുടർന്നാൽ കേരളം പറുദീസയാകും. കേരളം കണ്ട കരുത്തരായ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരിലൊരാളാണ് പിണറായി വിജയൻ. വികസന വഴികളിലെ പ്രതിബന്ധങ്ങളെ തട്ടിത്തെറിപ്പിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടു പോകാൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി കാട്ടുന്ന ഇച്ഛാശക്തി അപാരമാണ് .ഈ നിലയിൽ മുന്നോട്ടു പോയാൽ കേരളം പറുദീസയാകുമെന്നുറപ്പാണെന്നും ഫിലിപ്പ് മാത്യു പറഞ്ഞു

Tourism programs of the state will be carried out in line with the responsible tourism policy, reiterated Tourism Minister Kadakampalli Surendran. Our responsible tourism policy is not just to promulgate in meetings or to display on carnivals, he added. He was inaugurating the training program for the tourism resource persons selected by the Responsible Tourism Mission at Thiruvananthapuram on 19th June 2018.

സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചടുത്തോളം ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ടൂറിസം എന്നത് പ്രസംഗിച്ച് നടക്കാനോ , മേളകളില്‍ പ്രദശിപ്പിക്കാനോ മാത്മ്രുള്ള പരിപാടിയല്ലെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന ടൂറിസം വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി കടകംപള്ളി സുരേന്ദ്രന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ടൂറിസം നയം ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ടൂറിസത്തില്‍ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായി മാത്രമേ നടപ്പാക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടപ്പില്‍ വരുത്തുന്ന ഏത് ടൂറിസം പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ടൂറിസം ആശയങ്ങളോട് ചേര്‍ന്ന് നില്‍ക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുന്‍ഗണന നല്‍കിയാകും ഇനി മുതല്‍ ടൂറിസം വകുപ്പ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തികുകയെന്നും, ഇതിന്റെ തുടക്കമാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ടൂറിസം മിഷന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. തിരുവവന്തപുരത്ത് സംസ്ഥാന ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ടൂറിസം മിഷന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ടൂറിസം റിസോഴ്‌സ് പേര്‍സര്‍മാരായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു മന്ത്രി. കേരള ടൂറിസത്തെ റീ ബ്രാന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടപടി അവസാന ഘട്ടത്തിലാണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ടൂറിസം വികസനം ജനകീയ താല്‍പര്യങ്ങള്‍ മുന്‍ നിര്‍ത്തിയാണ് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്. അതിന് മുന്‍കൈയെടുക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ടൂറിസം മിഷന്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളെ മന്ത്രി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു. 2008 ല്‍ ... Yoga ambassadors endorse the possibilities of Yoga tourism in Thekkady. Yoga exponents from 22 countries were gathered together in Thekkady as part of the Yoga Ambassadors Tour 2018, organized by Association of Tourism Trade Organization India (ATTOI), in association with Ministry of Ayush and Kerala Tourism. Thekkady, known as the land of spices has attracted the yoga ambassadors in that aspect also. Yoga Ambassadors Tour 2018, organized by Association of Tourism Trade Organizations India (ATTOI) draws global attention. Two crew from France-2 channel have reached Kerala to cover the event. The team include reporter Quesa and cameraman Giona. They have been filming the yoga practice of the delegates and interviewed some of them. The news of Yoga tour along with a documentary of Spice Routes will be broadcasted in September. The TV team will be in Kerala for six days. Malabar River Cruise project will kick start on 30th June 2018. The project targets comprehensive development in the tourism sector of Malabar. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will lay the foundation stone for the project at Parassini kadavu in Kannur. “Once the project is in operation, it will be a big leap in the tourism sector of Malabar”, said the Tourism Minister Kadakampalli Surendran. First quarter of the tourism year depicted substantial increase in the number of tourists in Kerala. Number of tourists (local and foreign) during the first three months of the year shows 17.87% increase than the previous year. 6,54,854 more  tourists visited Kerala during this period, which is the highest rate of increase since a decade. Same period in the last year, the number of tourists visited Kerala was only 36,63,552; while it is 43,18,406 in 2018. The number of indigenous tourists shown 18.57% increase so far. House boat of ‘Spice Routs’ witnessed a varied birthday celebration in the backwaters of Kuttanad on 16th June. Nicole Rene’e Matthews, from Michigan was the birthday girl. Nicole was one of the delegates participating in the Yoga Ambassadors Tour 2018, organized by ATTOI (Association of Tourism Trade Operators India). സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാര രംഗത്ത് നടപ്പുവര്‍ഷം ആദ്യ പാദത്തില്‍ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ വന്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധനവ്. ഈ വര്‍ഷം ആദ്യ മൂന്ന് മാസം സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് എത്തിയ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ ( വിദേശ, ആഭ്യന്തര ) 17.87 % ത്തിന്റെ വളര്‍ച്ചയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. ഈ മൂന്നു മാസങ്ങളില്‍ 6, 54, 854 വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷത്തേക്കാള്‍ അധികമായി സംസ്ഥാനത്തെത്തിയത്. ഇത് ഒരു ദശാബ്ദത്തിനിടയിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നിരക്കാണ്. 20l7 ലെ ആദ്യ മൂന്ന് മാസത്തില്‍ 36, 63,552 പേരെത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ 2018ല്‍ ഇതേ കാലഘട്ടത്തില്‍ 43, 18, 406 പേരാണ് എത്തിയത് ആഭ്യന്തര ടൂറിസ്റ്റുകളുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ 18. 57 ശതമാനം വര്‍ദ്ധനവാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. 2017 ല്‍ 12 മാസം കൊണ്ട് ആഭ്യന്തര ടൂറിസ്റ്റുകളുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ 15 ലക്ഷം വര്‍ദ്ധനവ് ഉണ്ടായപ്പോള്‍ 2018 ലെ ആദ്യ മൂന്ന് മാസങ്ങളില്‍ 6 ലക്ഷത്തിന്റെ വര്‍ദ്ധനവ് ഉണ്ടായി. ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ ശതമാന വര്‍ദ്ധനവ് ഉണ്ടായത് മൂന്നാര്‍ ...   Yogachemmal Dr. Meena Ramanathan is a yoga therapist and a consultant in yoga, and is also the Deputy Director at CYTER (Centre for Yoga Therapy Education and Research), Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Pondichery. By catering the indigenous tastes of Kerala, Hotel Uday Samudra, Kovalam, delighted the delegates of the Yoga Tour on the second day of the tour. The yogis were taking their dinner, after an eventful day in Kovalam and Kanyakumari. Muthirakkanji, drumstick leaves thoran, vazhachudu mezhukkupuratti, (dish made of plantain stem) pavakka varutharachath (bitter gourd dish) etc. were the main course of dinner. Day two of the yoga tour started with a yoga session at the Leela Raviz Kovalam. All the sixty yoga ambassadors took part in the one hour long morning yoga session.   The session was lead by Dr Arun Tejas of Sri Chithra Institute, Thiruvananthapuram. “I’m following the techniques and asanas as prescribed by the AYUSH ministry’s common yoga protocol,” said Dr Arun after the session.
