The special bus introduced by KSRTC (Non AC Sleeper) has a 30 seater system and is now available every day from Bangalore to Jog. KSRTC Shimoga Divisional Officer Satish.V has responded to the media. Karnataka government is all set to launch a new project in connection with the famous Jog Falls. Boating and an amphitheater are planned. The government initially aims to launch a ropeway to the Padmavathi Temple, 400 meters from the Jog Falls. Attempts are also being made to provide boating facilities under the falls. Karnataka Power Corporation Limited is responsible for the construction of the project. The government aims to make Jog a world-class tourist destination. Jog Falls Unlike the monsoon seasons earlier, this year the tourism sector of Karnataka is experiencing a boom, instead of shortfall in the number of tourists.
