IHCL expands its presence in Gujarat
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has recently announced the signing of a Taj hotel in Ahmedabad, which will be the fourteenth IHCL branded hotel in the state. “We are delighted to partner with Sankalp In to introduce the iconic Taj brand in Ahmedabad. With this announcement, IHCL reaffirms its commitment to Gujarat. IHCL opens second property, Vivanta Kathmandu, in Nepal
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has announced the opening of Vivanta Kathmandu, the company’s second property in Nepal. This will be the company’s first property was Meghauli Serai, a Taj Safaris Lodge in Chitwan National Park. Vivanta Kathmandu is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Patan Darbar Square. Taj Hotels to join the war against use of plastic straws
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), which runs 165 hotels across the Taj, Vivanta and Ginger brands, is the latest hospitality major which is coming out to join the protest against the use of plastic straws. The hotel has made a commitment to stop using plastic straws at its properties as part of a sustainability push aimed at reducing plastic pollution in the world’s oceans.
