Drunken Goans are different from drunken tourists – Manohar Ajgaonkar
“Tourists who do not respect the culture of Goa and create nuisance by littering on the beaches or taking narcotic drugs are not welcome in the state”, said Manohar Ajgaonkar, Tourism Minister of Goa.
