Abu Dhabi to be promoted as world-class medical tourism destination
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Medical Tourism Association (MTA), to coordinate efforts to position Abu Dhabi as a world-class medical tourism destination, with the MTA’s annual World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress event now being hosted in Abu Dhabi a major part of the agreement. Abu Dhabi gears up for tourism roadshow to India
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is planning a three-city roadshow in India, along with partners and stakeholders, to help promote the emirate and encourage more Indian visitors to explore Abu Dhabi. The delegation includes UAE’s national carrier Etihad Airways, Jet Airways, Yas Experiences, Dusit Thani, Royal Arabian, Air Travel Enterprise, Sofitel and Rotana. The delegation will be visiting India from September 17–21. Abu Dhabi successfully completes tourism roadshow to China
The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism – (DCT Abu Dhabi) said it has successfully concluded a roadshow taking in three major cities in China. The roadshow, which took in Beijing, Nanjing and Guangzhou, aims to help raise awareness about the emirate as a holiday destination for Chinese travellers. Statistics show that in the first two months of 2018, 86,400 Chinese visited the Emirate, with February alone accounting for a 83.6 per cent increase. The Department is targeting 600,000 Chinese hotel guests a year by 2021. Abu Dhabi concludes three-city roadshow to China
A tourism delegation led by the Department of Culture and Tourism– Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has successfully concluded three-day, three city roadshow in China. The DCT Abu Dhabi conducted the roadshow to help raise awareness about the emirate as a holiday destination for Chinese travellers. The delegation, which included Etihad Airways, hotels, tour operators and attractions, visited Beijing on 19th March, followed by Nanjing on the 21st and Guangzhou on the 23rd. Abu Dhabi, Yas Island announces roadshow in Kuwait
