തീരദേശ നിര്‍മാണ ദൂരപരിധിയില്‍ ഇളവ്: വിനോദസഞ്ചാര മേഖലയ്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസം
കേരളത്തിലെ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരമേഖലയ്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസം. തീരദേശ നിര്‍മാണ ദൂരപരിധിയില്‍ ഇളവുവരുത്തി കേന്ദ്ര വനം-പരിസ്ഥിതി മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്‍റെ വിജ്ഞാപനം. തീരപ്രദേശ നിര്‍മാണങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളിലാണ് കേന്ദ്രം ഇളവ് അനുവദിച്ചത്. കടല്‍, കായല്‍ തീരപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ നിര്‍മാണ നിയന്ത്രണ പരിധി 200 മീറ്ററില്‍ നിന്നും 50 മീറ്ററായും കായല്‍തുരുത്തുകളില്‍ 20 മീറ്ററായുമാണ് കുറച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരമേഖലയ്ക്ക് അനുകൂല തീരുമാനം എന്ന വിശദീകരണത്തോടെയാണ് കടല്‍-കയല്‍ തീരങ്ങളില്‍ നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്കുള്ള ദൂരപരിധിയില്‍ കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇളവു വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച കരട് വിജ്ഞാപനം കേന്ദ്രം പുറത്തിറക്കി. നേരത്തേയുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനം അനുസരിച്ച് കടല്‍, കായല്‍ തീരങ്ങളുടെ 200 മീറ്റര്‍ പരിധിയില്‍ നിര്‍മാണങ്ങള്‍ നടത്താന്‍ പാടില്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇനി വരാന്‍ പോകുന്ന നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്കും ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടക്കുന്ന നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്കും പുതിയ നിയമത്തിന്‍റെ അംഗീകാരം ലഭിക്കും. അതേസമയം 300 മീറ്റര്‍ വരെയുള്ള നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര വനം-പരിസ്ഥിതി മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്‍റെ അംഗീകാരം വേണമെന്ന നിബന്ധന എടുത്തുകളഞ്ഞു. ഇനി മുതല്‍ തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും ഇതിനുള്ള അംഗീകാരം തേടാം. അതിനു മുകളിലുള്ള നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്ക് സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാറാണ് ... Ferry services to connect Kerala and TN
