Tourism industry seeks subsistence allowance for employees

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), including leaders from the tourism sector, has requested the Kerala chief minister to provide a subsistence allowance of Rs 9,000 for every employee in the sector. In a virtual conference attended by Pinarayi Vijayan, the tourism industry said the moratorium for loans and interests should be extended for a minimum period of one year. CII to promote Kumbh Mela 2019

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has joined hands with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to promote Kumbh Mela 2019. More than 12 crore pilgrims are expected to visit the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela 2019 starting January 15 at Prayagraj (Allahabad) in Uttar Pradesh, including 10 lakh foreign tourists. “This event is organised at four places in the country. The event held at Prayagraj itself is a subject of attraction and curiosity for the country and the world. Promotions to be strengthened for bringing in more Medical Tourists from GCC countries

The Confederate of Indian Industries (CII) Kerala Chapter is all set to boost up their medical tourism promotions in Gulf countries in coming years. In an initiative to bring up utmost number of tourists to Kerala, many allopathy and ayurveda practitioners came together for a road show and exhibition at Oman in April.
