India Tourism plans to lure Buddhist tourists
Bodh Gaya at Gaya district in Bihar Government of India is planning to entice the Buddha aficionados all around the world to visit India’s Buddhist spots. It is part of the tourism ministries plans to boost the tourist inbound to the country in the days to come. India bets big on Buddhist tourism
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Government is taking initiatives to develop infrastructure for Buddhist tourism in an attempt to connect Southeast Asia to the important Buddhist sites in the country. “We are developing infrastructure for Buddhist tourism, which is going to connect Southeast Asia with the important Buddhist sites of India.
