Liwa Date Festival attracts thousands of visitors
The 14th Liwa Date Festival has commenced on 19th July at Al Dhafra Region in Abu Dhabi. The festival, which celebrates the UAE’s iconic and traditional date fruit, will conclude on 28th July. The festival is expected to welcome visitors in large numbers from across the UAE and nearby countries. Becoming a leading leading events in Al Dhafra Region of Abu Dhabi, last year’s edition attracted more than 70,000 visitors. കേരളത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് അബുദാബി ടൂറിസം
അബുദാബി ടൂറിസത്തിനെ കൂടുതല്‍ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്‌മെന്റ് ഓഫ് കള്‍ച്ചര്‍ ആന്റ് ടൂറിസം അബുദാബി പരിശീലന കളരിയുമായി തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്. ട്രാവല്‍ ഏജന്‍സ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ(TAAI)യുമായി ചേര്‍ന്നായിരുന്നു പരിശീലനകളരി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്.അബുദാബി ടൂറിസത്തിനെ കൂടുതല്‍ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ടൂറിസം വകുപ്പില്‍ നിന്നെത്തിയ ബേജന്‍ ദിന്‍ഷ പരിശീലന കളരിക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി. അബുദാബിയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വീഡിയോ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിച്ച് കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു ക്ലാസ് ആരംഭിച്ചത്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ബേജന്‍ ദിന്‍ഷ അബുദാബിയുടെ വൈവിധ്യമാര്‍ന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും, പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഇടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും വിശദമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. കേവലം അഞ്ചു വര്‍ഷം കൊണ്ട് അബുദാബി ടൂറിസം ലോകത്ത് മികച്ചതായി മാറി.നാടും നഗരവും ജനതയും ഒന്നിച്ചത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇത്ര വേഗം വളരുവാന്‍ സാധിച്ചതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. പരിശീലനകളരിക്ക് ശേഷം അദ്ദേഹം സ്വന്തം നാടിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വാചാലനായി. പരിശീലനത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്ത എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കേറ്റ് വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.അബുദാബി ടൂറിസത്തില്‍ കേരളം വഹിക്കുന്ന പങ്ക് വളരെ വലുതാണ്. ഓരോ വര്‍ഷവും രാജ്യം സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുവാന്‍ കേരളത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ധാരാളം ആളുകള്‍ എത്തുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.അബുദാബിയെ കേരളത്തിലെ ...
