Gatimaan express extends its sevice to Jhansi

India’s first semi-high speed train Gatimaan Express is all about to extend its service to Jhansi from 1st April onwards. The new move is as part of helping the tourists, said North Central Railway officials in a statement. “The new move is an added advantage for international and domestic tourist, as it would boost the economic viability of the train,” said Divisional Commercial Manager Agra. German Tourism Board accepts Bitcoin payments

The German National Tourism Board said it accepts cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin for its services. GNTB also intends to implement blockchain technologies in its finances. “We want to be a global innovation driver in the tourism industry. Services offered by the German National Tourism Board (GNTB) can now be paid in cryptocurrency. The organization which promotes Germany as a travel destination accepts bitcoin payments from March this year, according to a press release. United Airlines & Air New Zealand start new nonstop service between Chicago & Auckland

Air New Zealand announced it will begin new nonstop service between Auckland and Chicago, beginning Nov. 30, 2018. The new service announcement deepens the joint venture relationship between Air New Zealand and United Airlines. Intense heat wave hits Gujarat, Met dept issues warning for next 2 days

Summer is just approaching, and the temperature has gone up to 40-43° Celsius in several cities of Gujarat. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) department has issued a warning for a heat wave that is expected to hit Gujarat over the next 48 hours. Several regions will be affected by loo. According to the Met department, temperatures in coastal Gujarat are likely to soar. On Monday, Porbandar was the hottest area with a temperature of 43° Celsius, followed by Surat with a temperature of 41° Celsius. Two people have died due to the intense heat in the state.

China’s Tiangong-1 space station will crash land

China’s Tiangong-1 space station is all about to crash land to Earth’s orbit in the upcoming weekend. Tension exists as the location of the crash site is not yet predicted by scientists. Meanwhile, European Space Agency (ESA) states that the debris could hit the earth’s atmosphere 10 million times smaller than that of a lightning strike. Russian Airline sends American flyers back to India because of ‘skin colour’

Aeroflot, Russia’s flag carrier, allegedly forced five Asian-American passengers to fly to Delhi instead of New York because of their skin colour. Aeroflot staff warned the US citizens, all of south Asian descent, that they would be “deported” to India if they refused to deplane, according to a racial discrimination complaint. 30 tonnes of fuel dumped from a Chinese airlines

In an attempt to initialize emergency landing, a Chinese pilot dumbed over 30 tonnes of fuel in mid-air, in an attempt to initialize emergency landing for a sick passenger on board. According to reports, the incident happened as a 60-year-old woman found with breathing difficulties, on board while travelling from Shanghai to NewYork. Smoking Elephant video went viral

In a bizarre incident, a wild elephant was seen blowing out some white smoke at Nagarhole forest in Karnataka. The video of the elephant with the act gone viral, after it has been uploaded by the Wildlife Conservation Society India (WCS).
