Kerala Tourism’s Info Centres get facelift

Strengthening the information network of Kerala Tourism, seven renovated tourism information centres were opened in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi on Tuesday, with Hon. Minister for Co-operation, Devaswom and Tourism, Kadakampally Surendran inaugurating the facility at the Central Bus Terminal at Thampanoor in Thiruvananthapuram. Parasailing likely to be introduced at Rushikonda Beach in Vizag

With an aim to give a much-anticipated fillip to the adventure tourism sector in Vizag, the Andhra Pradesh tourism authorities have decided to introduce parasailing at the Rushikonda beach. The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation is all set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding in this regard with a private operator. AirAsia launches daily direct flights from Delhi starting at Rs 1,365

AirAsia has introduced daily direct flights from Delhi to Chandigarh and Bengaluru from August 1 and 5, respectively. The operations on the Delhi-Chandigarh route will be starting at Rs 1,365. The airline also announced the timings of the flights on the route, stating that the flight would leave from Delhi at 10:40 am every day and would reach Chandigarh at 11:50 am.
