The Delhi Zoo has reopened after a 105-day covid break

The National Zoological Park in Delhi has reopened for visitors. Visitors to the zoo were temporarily banned in the wake of the outbreak of covid second wave in Delhi. Operation resumed after 105 days. Admission to the zoo is from 9 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm. Admission passes can be booked online. Zoological Park Director Ramesh Pandey said 92 percent of tickets were sold on the first day. Kadamakudy Panchayat issues NOC to Tourism Project

Kadamakudy grama panchayat has issued a no-objection certificate (NOC) to a Rs. 5-crore project to be undertaken by the Ernakulam District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) to improve rural tourism at the island cluster. Generating revenue for the panchayat, the project will be carried out adhering to CRZ norms and without affecting ecology.
