Singapore Airline to have more flights to New Zealand
Singapore Airlines and Air New Zealand has decided to boost the Singapore-Auckland services by flying three daily flights. “Together we bring you more of New Zealand” stated Singapore Airlaine in an announcement in their official website. From 28 October 2018, Singapore Airlines and Air New Zealand will jointly launch a third daily flight between Singapore and Auckland. The additional service will shorten connection times and improve connectivity through the Singapore hub. Air Arabia to start Prague operations from Sharjah
Air Arabia is all set to open new route to Prague, the capital of Czech Republic, from December 11, through its hub Sharjah. The new route will offer good connectivity from 13 stations in India to Prague. Croatia and Slovenia to have joint tourism promotion in China
National Tourist Board of Croatia has announced on Tuesday, 28th August 2018, that the European Travel Commission (ETC) has approved funds to Croatian and Slovenian tourism authorities for their joint promotion in China. The programme named “Experience Croatia, Feel Slovenia” is aiming at enhancing the visibility and reputation of the two counties in the Chinese market and presents them as ideal tourism destinations in European. The Ministry of Tourism of Republic of Indonesia (MoTRI) has signed a strategic agreement with MakeMyTrip to promote Indonesian Tourism in India. SpiceJet successfully tests India’s first biofuel-powered flight
SpiceJet today successfully operated “India’s first ever biojet fuel flight” which took off from Dehradun and landed at the airport in Delhi. the national capital. The SpiceJet flight, a Bombardier Q400 aircraft, partially using biojet fuel, was powered with a blend of 75 per cent air turbine fuel (ATF) and 25 per cent biojet fuel, it said. “The advantage of using biojet fuel as compared to ATF is that it reduces carbon emissions and enhances fuel efficiency.
