China International Travel Mart (CITM) 2018 has kick-started at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, with 2,245 booths from 107 countries and regions participating in the event. WTM London, held from November 5 to 7, has almost 170 exhibitors making their debut at this year. “Ideas Arrive Here” is the theme for the 38th edition of the show. Tourism Minister for State (I/C), Govt. of India, K J Alphons has sanctioned Rs 3 lakh for the Navaratri celebrations in Kerala’s capital, Thiruvananthapuram, which is slated to be held on October 21. The amount will be handed over to the Travancore Navaratri Utsava Trust. “The Navratri celebrations in Thiruvananthapuram carries a rich legacy of almost 200 years.
