First Drive-In Cinema in Kerala gets into action at Le Meridien Kochi
Outside food and beverage will not be permitted for consumption within the premises. The tickets can be booked online and are priced at Rs. 1000/- Per Car, permitting the entry of 1 to 4 people per car. The audience will get to the drive-in to designated parking slots in front of a 32 ft screen on an elevated structure, with audio streamed directly to their cars. “With the launch of the city’s first Drive-In Cinema Experience, we are providing a completely safe and 100% contactless outdoor movie experience to the people in Kochi,” Sahil Kapoor and Sanchit Gupta, Co-founders at Sunset Cinema Club. The content will be a balanced mix of Bollywood, Hollywood as well as regional Malayalam content. The Opening Weekend of SCC Drive-In at Le Meridien, Kochi began with a fan-favorite Malayalam film, ‘Bangalore Days’. The upcoming weekends are scheduled in advance and are listed on Sunset Cinema Club’s website (www.sunsetcinemaclub.in) Tickets can be booked online on their portal.
