Palladium opens BLESS Hotel Ibiza with Eugenia Silva and Martín Berasategui as ambassadors
The summer season begins in Ibiza with one of the most exciting new properties on the island. BLESS Hotel Ibiza, the new hotel from the brand BLESS Collection Hotels of Palladium Hotel Group, opened its doors on June 13th followed by a spectacular opening party on Sunday 16th June with more than 700 attendees and many experiences.
Spanish model Eugenia Silva, BLESS Collection Hotels brand ambassador, and Spanish Chef Martín Berasategui hosted the opening of the hotel, the second from the brand following BLESS Hotel Madrid. Abel Matutes Juan, President of the Palladium Hotel Group; Abel Matutes Prats, CEO of Palladium Hotel Group; Carmen Matutes, Deputy General Manager of Palladium Hotel Group; and Jesús Sobrino, Deputy General Manager of Palladium Hotel Group were also present at the event. Additionally, Italian stylist Rossano Ferretti, who has a salon in the hotel and Spanish celebrities such as Malena Costa, Mario Suárez, Cari Lapique and Alfonso Bassave, attended the photocall.
At the event, the guests were able to visit all the spaces in the luxurious hotel located in Cala Nova and enjoyed the Ibizan night with food tastings, live music and many surprises. On the arrival, an artist in a champagne gown welcomed the guests in an atmosphere of sparkle and fantasy. Subsequently, guests enjoyed a delicious welcome cocktail created exclusively by the hotel’s bartender team at the Llum Pool Bar.
At the ETXEKO restaurant, guests were welcomed by Chef Martín Berasategui for a tasting of the signature dishes on the menu. The establishment is the first restaurant by the Basque chef in Ibiza and now the second ETXEKO after BLESS Hotel Madrid.
The event continued at Salao Atlantic Restaurant with a gastronomic offering focused on seafood and finest national and international wine parings and a performance by a flamenco musical group. The night ended at the BLESS Hotel Ibiza rooftop bar, Epic Infinity Lounge, with music by DJ Graham Sahara and Andy Wilson, regulars of Ibiza’s most famous parties.
