Uday Samudra is calling you for a special Easter brunch buffet

Uday Samudra Resort in Kovalam, is offering a rich and splendid brunch buffet tomorrow, on the day of Easter. The buffet will have a live carving station which will serve various macroni servings, including spaghetti, penne with a wide variety of sauces.

Greek Salad Bar, Organic Tomato Salad, Quinoa Salad, Black eyed Pea Salad and Balinese Red Rice Salad are sure going to be a feast for the salad lovers. The counter will also serve freshly baked hot cross bun and bread served with butter.

Those who like to have it piping hot should definitely try rotisserie chicken with pommery mustard sauce, grilled butterfish served with lemon taregon butter, cauliflower gratin with cheese and nutmeg, sauteed green beans with onions and bacon and Creme fraiche whipped potatoes with spring onions.

The brunch buffet will also have a chocolate fountain with banana fruit skewers and assorted brownie and cookie bar bites. The hot desserts such as apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream and warm bread pudding served with rum raisins and whipped cream are must try items on the menu.

Another highlight of the event is that there’s free entry for your grand parents. The entry fee for an adult is Rs 999 and the entry fee for children above 6 years is Rs 555. The timing of the buffet brunch is between 11 am and 3 pm.
