Anita Fabiola to lead the tourism campaign of Uganda
‘Tulambule Ne Fabiola’ (Let us tour with Fabiola) is the new tagline as socialite and media personality Anita Kyarimpa Fabiola replaces Miss World Africa Quiin Abenakyo as the new Uganda Tourism Ambassador.
The former Miss Uganda West and first runner-up Miss Uganda 2013 becomes the third high profile female celebrity to take up the spot in the past three months.
Zari Hassan was the first of the three and she took office in November 2018. She was replaced with Miss Africa World 2018 Quiin Abenakyo in late December.
However, the State Minister of Tourism stated that Anita Fabiola was not replacing Quiin Abenakyo, she is just an addition to the list of Tourism Ambassadors, Abenakyo was not feeling well, the Minister added.
Anita Kyarimpa commonly known as Anita Fabiola is a Ugandan actress, Event host, business woman, Philanthropist and former Beauty queen. Prior to hosting the Be my date show on NTV in 2014, Fabiola became Miss Uganda West and the first runner-up in the overall Miss Uganda beauty pageant in 2013
