Gorakhnath temple in UP to have a face-lift
Gorkhnath temple at Uttar Pradesh is going to have a face-lift with a project cost of Rs 6.5 crore. The renovation works will be carried out with the assistance from the Central Government.
The authorities are planning to have a light, sound and laser show in the temple premises. Historic stories of Indian mythology and culture will also be narrated. Distinct equipment and engineers are invited from France to install machines and music units.
Other than this, the entire temple premise will be adorn with lights, in a way that it would be visible from an airplane passing above the temple at night.
The water and laser show is expected to be opened by next month. Engineers are working day and night to make it possible within the given time period.
“Not only the Gorakhnath Temple but other important places in state are also in row to get enhancement for better tourism in the state,” said Avneesh Aswathi, Principal secretory, Tourism Uttar Pradesh.
Rakesh Tripathi, State spokesperson of BJP said, “BJP is very serious and unbiased in developing important monuments.”
