Spectacular yoga demonstration by Yoga Ambassadors at Kovalam
Day two of the yoga tour started with a yoga session at the Leela Raviz Kovalam. All the sixty yoga ambassadors took part in the one hour long morning yoga session.
The session was lead by Dr Arun Tejas of Sri Chithra Institute, Thiruvananthapuram. “I’m following the techniques and asanas as prescribed by the AYUSH ministry’s common yoga protocol,” said Dr Arun after the session.
Jady Cladwell from the US is all excited about the tour and says she’s very happy learning new techniques of yoga from the master and the fellow ambassadors. Though Kerala has witnessed mass yoga sessions in the state, it was a new experience to watch this much foreigners doing yoga.
The team will be visiting the Shivananda ashram in Neyyar. There will also be another interesting yoga session in the afternoon at the vivekananda rock in Kanyakumari (Cape Comerin).
