Sharjah to endure major boost in tourism sector
In an initiative to develop Sharjah’s tourism prospects, Wego, the largest online marketplace in Middle East and North Africa, has kicked off a unique destination co-marketing campaign in collaboration with Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA). The campaign aims at projecting Sharjah’s greatest tourist attractions through online marketing activities. The customary hospitality and traditional charm, fun attractions etc will be promoted through this campaign. The campaign aims to mark Sharjah as a strong spot in world tourist map and make it a unanimous destination of choice among global travellers.
The campaign will also have its marketing hand on the Emirate’s relished events like Sharjah International Book Fair, Sharjah Calligraphy Biennial and Sharjah Traditional Crafts Forum. This assures that the events will be raised to another level by Wego attracting a huge number of tourists to the emirate. The campaign will have a series of multi-device and multi-channel promotional activities that will help the SCTDA to connect with millions of travellers across the globe. This will also better the tourist experiences and unveil hidden gems that’s exclusive to the emirate, gifting a memorable experience to the tourists.
