Marriot signs distribution cooperation agreement with Saudi
American multinational hospitality chain Marriot International, had signed distribution cooperation agreement with a travel group in Saudi, for establishing direct connectivity for boosting tourism.
The agreement has been signed, after the concluding day of the Arabian Travel Market, held in Dubai. The new move thus allows Marriott International to have direct access to the wide-reaching networks in Saudi Arabia via the Kingdom’s Al Tayyar Travel Group.
“We will add by 2025 another 25 resorts across the country,” said Sohail Pedari, Director of Global sales at Marriott International in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, Saudi plans to provide individual visas for the first time, as per the announcements issued by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, headed by King Salman’s oldest son Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
