Live streaming of animals at Vandalur zoo

Now, you don’t need to go to the zoo to see the animals. You will soon be able to view animals at the Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Vandalur through live streaming on the Internet.

Enclosures housing animals such as lion, chimpanzee, lion-tailed macaque and Indian Gaur will be streamed live when they are in the display area. After working hours, the animals will be in enclosures that will not be covered.

The zoo officials have also announced a night stay package for visitors at the guest house on the zoo campus. Visitors can book online stay at the zoo for a night. The package includes a stay in the guest house followed by a tour of the zoo in a battery operated vehicle the next morning for a maximum of 90 minutes.
