9 dead as small plane slams into house in Philippines

A small passenger plane carrying five people crashed into a house in Manila, Philippines, killing all those onboard and 4 people on the ground.

The Piper-23 Apache plane took off from the airport in Plaridel town in Bulacan province, crash-landed and smashed into a house.

The aircraft was operated by Lite Air Express. The flight was bound for northern Laoag city.
